A useful company assistant should reduce the work of finding context, not pretend to replace your judgment. Notorio AI brings company information and an editable draft workspace together so you can ask a focused question, review the response and decide what to do next.
Start with the company you are actually working on
Notorio AI works within the selected company. Its context can include company details and records available to your account. Access permissions still matter: a person with limited company access should not receive restricted records simply by asking the assistant.
Context is not the same as complete knowledge. An agreement that has never been uploaded, a recent decision that has not been recorded or a poorly extracted scan may be missing. Tell the assistant what you are trying to achieve and identify the documents or facts it should use.
A practical workflow: prepare a first draft
- Define the task. For example: “Prepare a first draft of a mutual NDA for a discussion with a potential supplier. Use placeholders for details I have not provided.”
- Provide relevant material. Attach the agreement or reference document you want considered. Text extraction can miss tables, handwriting and scanned details; compare important passages with the original.
- Review the draft. Open the result in the draft editor. Check party names, dates, scope, confidentiality exclusions, duration and governing law. Do not let plausible-looking text stand in for an agreed term.
- Choose the next step. Save the reviewed draft to Documents or use Send for signature to start a new e-signature request. You still choose signers, place fields and review before sending.
Ask for uncertainty, not just an answer
A stronger prompt is: “Separate facts from assumptions, flag missing information and point me to the relevant passage.” For a contract review, ask for a list of questions to discuss with counsel rather than a declaration that the contract is safe to sign.
AI can misunderstand a document, overlook an exception or produce an inaccurate legal or tax statement. Verify calculations, quotations, deadlines and legal references independently. A generated draft is not a legal opinion, and sending it for signature does not make its terms appropriate or enforceable.
Availability and usage
Notorio AI is available on Standard and Plus, not the Free plan. Standard includes 10,000 AI credits per month; usage depends on the work requested, so credits are not a fixed number of messages. See the current plans and pricing before choosing a plan.
Keep responsibility with the people making the decision
Use the assistant to organize information and prepare work for review. Keep sensitive material limited to what the task requires, check the final text against your actual agreement and involve a qualified adviser when the stakes warrant it.
